Mr. Garnie's Funeral
The funeral of Mr. Isidore Garnie, the young man who committed suicide in Decatur Sunday, will occur in Jacksonville, Fla, today.
The remains were shipped by Undertaker H. M. Patterson to that city at 2:15 p.m., by the Central road, yesterday. They were accompanied by Colonel and Mrs. Candler, who will be present at the funeral. Mr. Garnie's death is deplored by a large circle of friends.
Mrs. Perry's Death
Mrs. Perry, mother of H. L. Perry, died at Decatur Sunday. Mrs. Perry was a lady of many Christian virtues, and her death is bewailed by a large circle of loving friends.
The funeral occurred at 1:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon in Decatur. It was very largely attended by relatives and friends.
Funeral of a Child
The little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. W. Beach, who died at their residence, No. 245 Decatur street, was buried yesterday. A large number of friends were present and attended the funeral. The little girl was a bright and promising child, and her death is sadly felt by her bereaved parents. |
