FRANK X. BLILEY,
General Agent of Egyptian Balm
and
City Funeral Undertaker.

Atlanta, GA., September 1st, 1877.
To My Friends and the Citizens in general:

HAVING resumed the business of Undertaking I thought it proper to let you
know where to find me, in case of need. I have always thought that
undertaking in Atlanta was somewhat behind other cities in progress, and
modern advancement, and hence I sought to profit by inquiry in all parts
of Europe and Asia, and am thus able to control everything pertaining
thereto, I have everything necessary for the prosecution of said
business. I have a full stock of Oriental and American styles of Metallic
Burial Cases and Caskets, Emblems and Insignias for Orders and Societies
decorating purposes, and in fact everything belonging to a first class
Undertaking Establishment, and in greater variety than heretofore kept in
any house in the south. I have also imported that Magnificent Oriental
Balm, called the Egyptian Balm, which, as the Paris University says, is
the best and Absolute Deodorizing, Disinfecting, Discoloring, Beautifying
Embalming preperation in the World. And as I have secured the General
Agency for the Southern States, I am enabled to bring it within the reach
of almost everybody. It does away with that unnatural Heathen practice
of "Body Freezing," which is both very unbecoming and filthy. The
Egyptian Balm is used in all the large cities of Europe, Asia, and
America, by first class families, instead of "Freezing persons to death,"
as has often happened, whereas the modern and becoming Embalming process,
will afford relief to the apparently dead. Come, therefore and call on me
if you are in trouble and I shall guarantee entire satisfaction in every
particular. Hearses and Mourners Carriages always ready on call at the
most reasonable rates.

Office and Ware rooms No. 26 West Alabama, between Broad and Forsyth streets.

P. S. -- Pianos re-polished and all kinds of Musical Instruments Repaired and guaranteed.

Fine Gilt-Edge Furniture, made to order.

Very Respectufully,
FRANK X. BLILEY
